TradeBrain is the first deployment of that playbook. A unified system for scheduling, dispatch, customer records, and operational intelligence in trade-service contracting. Dana, an AI phone agent, sits inside it and handles inbound calls. The intelligence layer benchmarks each shop against shops like it.

Three modules sit on the TradeBrain roadmap. TAP places trained workers inside contractor shops. The Yard aggregates buying power across contractors and resells materials at scale rates. BidderSweet routes commercial bids and consumer work to contractors equipped to take them.

Each module captures operating data at a layer the contractor was previously running blind. The data compounds. The acquisitions follow.

The endpoint is a vertically integrated trade-services platform that owns the operating layer, the data layer, and a portfolio of contractor businesses operated against that data. The playbook repeats from there.

TradeBrain and Dana operate in production today. Three modules are scoped for release.

The legal and operating infrastructure is current. Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service published and aligned. Row-level tenant isolation at the database layer. Sensitive identifiers encrypted at rest.

Huffman & Finch is incorporated in Virginia. A Delaware reorganization is planned for 2026.
