Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of huffinch.com and the services provided by Huffman & Finch ("we," "us"). By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Huffman & Finch provides AI-powered front-office services for trade contractors, including call answering, job booking, and review management. Specific features depend on the plan you subscribe to.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your business to use the paid service. You are responsible for the activity of anyone you give access to your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated. [TODO: insert exact billing terms, refund policy, and any setup or overage charges.] You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service to violate the law, send spam, harass anyone, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your data and customer information
You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that data only as needed to deliver the service. If you cancel, you may export your data; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
